Clester Tackett passed on 21 August, 2024 and was the father of Star (Tackett) Pullins and father in law to Marvin Pullins and one of the key veterans behind the desire to create the Gallia Vet Banner Program and honor our veterans. His obituary is located at Willis Funeral Home.

The family did ask in lieu of flowers to consider providing a donation to the Gallia Vet Banners Program.
